The Heart Changes with the Tides

Love lost and love found,
The heart changes with the tides.

The tide rises and strengthens,
Reaching new heights with each wave.

It roars with passion and intensity,
With powers that envelop the beach.

And with the suddenness of its arrival,
The tide returns to its gentle calm.

The beach returns to its calm and serenity,
The sun again shines upon its sandy skin.

Now smooth and freshly cleaned,
Old tracks now gone... all debris swept away.

The beach again lies virgin... bare,
Lying in waiting for the next tide.
